The purpose of our services is to support the promotion of drug discovery research or development of dietary supplements, and the compounds our company provides are intended for use in drug discovery research or as active ingredients in dietary supplements.
2. Purity guidelines for ordering
Our company aims for a purity of 95% for products with normal stability, but for unstable compounds our company will respond to individual requests .
3. Cancellation after placing an order
In the case of orders other than research only, our company will ask you for payment in advance as part of the fee, according to the estimated amount, as a way of confirming your intention. If Ifyou cancel the order after that, the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Delays in delivery or non-supply of items
- In the case of contract syntheses of compounds, please note that due to the nature of the syntheses, there is a possibility that the delivery date will be delayed due to the delay in syntheses, or that there will be a shortage of products due to the failure in syntheses. Also, due to synthetic failures, etc., there may be a change from the initial quotation due to the change of the contractor.
- In addition, if there is a delay from the delivery date provided at the time of quotation or the shortage of products , a change from the initial quotation, or any other change, our company will contact you immediately.
- We will do our utmost to manage the delivery date, but please note that we are not responsible for any damages caused by these factors, regardless of whether it is direct, incidental, or indirect.
5. Transportation of goods
After confirming the products by data with you, our company will transport the products directly to you in accordance with the instructions on the label or MSDS prepared by each manufacturer. The temperature at which the goods are transported will be determined according to the following criteria.
- Items with a specific temperature description: below the stated temperature
- Frozen (“Freezer” or similar label): -15°C or less
- Refrigerate (with labeling such as “Refrigerate,” “Cold,” “Fridge,” etc.): 10°C or less
- Items that do not fall under 1 to 3 above: 20°C (±15°C)
Please follow the above standards for storage temperature after delivery.
6. Warranty period for the provided products
The warranty period after delivery shall be within 6 months after delivery for products with normal stability (In the case of unstable compounds, our company will deal with them individually.).
- Although We take appropriate precautions to maintain the quality of the product, but we will exchange the product free of charge or refund the product price only if there is a defect and we deem it appropriate.
- Please note that our company is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of the product, regardless of whether it is direct, incidental, or indirect.
- In particular, when using valuable or unstable samples, please individually confirm the appropriate quality maintenance conditions in advance.
- If you make an intentional or negligent error in using or storing the product, we will not be responsible for any compensation, so please check the appropriate quality maintenance conditions individually in advance.
